Privacy & cookies
Last updated 13 October 2026
This website sets no cookies. It has no analytics, no tracking pixels, no advertising, no social media buttons and no embedded third-party content. Nothing is stored on your device, so there is nothing to consent to and no cookie banner.
The only personal data involved is what every web server necessarily sees when it sends you a page, and anything you choose to tell us if you get in touch.
Who is responsible
Ledger Analytics, based in Belgium, is the controller for the personal data described on this page.
Cookies and similar technologies
None are used. The site does not set cookies, and does not use local storage, session storage or device fingerprinting. Under the ePrivacy rules, consent is required before storing or reading information on your device; since this site does neither, no consent is requested.
Fonts, images and other content
Every file this site loads, including the two typefaces, comes from this domain. Your browser is not asked to contact Google Fonts or any other outside service, so no third party learns that you visited.
Hosting and server logs
The site is hosted by Vercel Inc. Like any web host, Vercel processes technical data in order to deliver pages and keep the service secure and available. This typically includes your IP address, the page requested, the time of the request, and your browser and device type.
This is handled on our behalf under a data processing agreement, and the legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Vercel is based in the United States, and transfers rely on the safeguards in its data processing terms, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. These logs are short-lived, are not used to build a profile of you, and are not combined with anything else.
If you contact us
If you send an email, we process your address, your name if you give it, and whatever you write, for the purpose of answering you and, where it leads to work, managing that relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in replying to enquiries, or the steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).
Correspondence is kept while the exchange is live and for as long as we may need it for our records or to meet a legal obligation, and is then deleted. It is never sold, rented or used for marketing lists.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask us to confirm what personal data we hold about you, and to:
- give you a copy of it, or send it on in a portable form;
- correct it if it is wrong, or complete it if it is partial;
- delete it, or restrict what we do with it;
- object to processing we base on legitimate interest.
Write to us and we will answer within one month. There is no automated decision-making or profiling on this site.
If you think we have handled your data badly, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, autoriteprotectiondonnees.be, or with the supervisory authority where you live.

Where this site links somewhere else, that site has its own privacy practices, which we do not control.
Changes
If the site starts doing anything that touches your data differently, for example adding analytics or a contact form, this page will be updated first and the date at the top will change.
